Women's Rights & Gender Equality - FEMM
In view of drafting a legislative initiative
report on "combating violence against women", Members of the FEMM
committee will hold a debate on the working document that the Rapporteur has
presented. The working document lists existing legislation, identifies possible
legal bases for a directive and suggests some other ideas for actions at EU
level on this key issue. A presentation of the draft report is foreseen on 25
November.
