PHILIPPINES - WOMEN'S TRAUMA IN SEVERE TYPHOON - EMERGENCY EVACUATION - LOSSES

 

December 4, 2012 - The strongest typhoon to hit the Philippines this year has forced 40,000 people to evacuate their homes the nation's southern provinces, cutting power, suspending travel and flooding areas already vulnerable to landslides.
