Welcome to the first UN-INSTRAW (now part of UN-WOMEN) Virtual Dialogue on “Integrating Gender into the Aid Effectiveness Process”!

The Virtual Dialogue will take place between Monday 15 November 2010 and Friday 03 December 2010. To have access to the Virtual Dialogue, please register as soon as possible on the “Sign Me Up!” section.

Use this online space to share information/ideas/practices, reflect and debate on how to better integrate a gender perspective into the financing for development process, as well as on how to promote gender-sensitive development projects around the world.

You may refer to the “Preparatory Working Paper” section for more information on the issues and questions that UN-INSTRAW (now part of UN-WOMEN) seeks to address through this Virtual Dialogue, by checking the Working Paper on which the dialogue will be based on.

To get more familiarized with the topic, you may also read the background documents on “Aid Effectiveness from a Gender Perspective” that we have selected for you in our Library section, which will be updated regularly.
